Returns & Exchanges

At GroundingWell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
